Literally downloaded CoSMOS for this game, unfortunately everything I try crashes the program though.
From what I've been told and what I can see the values are actually *2+1
If you had 9 pokeballs you'd need to search for a value of 19

I've had this too... I successfully edited HP values though, the only problem is that it effected individual pokemon, rather than the slot and it also only healed them at the end of each fight, when you get asked to switch pokemon, rather than make them invulnerable. It DOES however make them invulnerable outside of combat, so poison etc. doesn't kill them. This again, is a v*2+1

This game uses RPGMaker which is one of the most difficult engines to hack. We have multiple developers looking into make a trainer or script for the game if its possible.
