Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hi,
All my trainers will not work offline. When I try to run them (as Admin) I get a notice saying they have to be "Authenticated Online or get an Offline Key". I already have the offline key which I've been using for a long time with no trouble, until fairly recently. Its not My AV as I have set to allow these to run. The trainers start and work if I'm connected to the net. but then when I disconnect to go offline & then try running trainers I get the above problem every time.
At first (a few months ago)it was only the odd one, but now it is every trainer I have downloaded.
Please oblige and help me get this sorted as I don't usually like going online to play my games. I prefer to play single player offline.

You may need a new offline key due to the Windows 10 anniversary update.

I done as you suggested but it is not possible as I get the following message -

For security reasons, offline keys may be downloaded a maximum of 5 times per Premium account. Our records indicate that you have reached this limit. You will need to contact chris@cheathappens.com to have this limit reset. Be prepared to provide your receipt of payment and other security information.

Also just as an update, it is not just Windows 10. The exact same problem is happening even on Window 7.

Hi,
I was able now to get a new key and so far all the trainers I've tried work offline.
I've got a lot, so it will take me some time to try them all, but I don't think there will be a problem now. If I come across any I'll let you know.
