i cant find a way to contact the sites administration so i'm forced to do this, i just paid yesterda

i cant find a way to contact the sites administration so i'm forced to do this, i just paid yesterday for lifetime status on this site because i wanna use the trainers and not worry about expiration dates and such, my credit card company said the charge went through (i called them on a unrelated matter) but my account is still listed as free, help please
