I just am finishing the steam download now. I love the look and feel of this game. It reminds me a bit of Too Human mixed with that Mars Wars Log design (same people who made mars wars).

I'm very much looking forward to it also! Spiders games have this sort of B-tier quirkiness that makes them rather endearing. They remind me of the Risen series in that regard: no one would mistake it for AAA quality, but yet the amount of heart put into it is immediately apparent. I can't wait to see what what Spiders have done with this new setting. Are you playing it yet? Sadly, my internet connection is so abysmal that it won't be done downloading until tonight, but I hope it will be worth the wait!

I was curious about this game but waited for some first looks and glad i did, 4 or 5 points out of ten due to poor fighting system. Might be more fun with a trainer though ?

That's par for the course with Spiders though. None of their games have great fighting systems. I enjoyed Bound by Flame enough through all the problems it had and I'm sure I'll probably like this as well. Hopefully

Nah most of those whining about the combat are upset it's not the Arkham series combat, where all you have to do is pres the button in time to be godly.

This game requires you to be more attentive with active dodging.

I've played a couple of hours and i'm really digging it. Just bear in mind it's a B movie type of game, low budget (and it shows) but it's got that B Movie goodness that compels you to play it.

Don't regret my purchase at all

Poor combat system? This marker can not give back what i feel. And not just about the repetitive button pressing, but when you did clear a map form enemies, travelling to another and voila: all the defeated (not killed, but defeated and ripped off of gears) are back. After dozen times it is more frustrating then anything else.
