This game is like the FarCry and Boarderland series, you're able to play solo and when you want to play co-op, you have to invite your friends into your game ( you're the host )or join your friends game ( you're not the host) or join a public session ( another server or same as joining someone else game ).
For the PVP part, it's not like Division, where it's online only. My opinion, the PVP part will be same as joining a " public co-op Session" ( you'll have to leave your game as host to join on another server ) and reason why i believed that is having more then 4 players that you're hosting on big open world map you're giving will have major "issues" so the DEVs will have to create another area strictly for "PVP content ONLY" which means you will have to join a pvp server; leaving your world/game to join the "online part" of the game, that will provide players to fight against other players on another world where it's been shrunk down.
But in all, it's up to the folks on CH if they can create a trainer or not. They don't want to create a trainer right now then weeks later the PVP content is release and everyone that used trainer on solo is flagged.
That's my opinion..
Being flagged as in not being able to play in single player or only multiplayer? If flagged means only ban is on multiplayer its okay to create trainer.

I just need a trainer with 2 options : Add skills points and add resources. These two options are necessary to unlock all skills.
They don't change the game and don't change multiplayer experience too because in this game we could unlock all skills normally. It is just an "acceleration" of the procedure.
So i would that CH make a trainer to this game with at least these 2 options and it is perfect to me.
Why would it be encrypted? It's client side, try out cosmos and see if you can edit the value and check if it sticks.
Because that's how Easy Anti-Cheat Works. it blankets the memory in such a way so that programs like CosMos and CoSMOS will return a "No searchable Adresses" message. regardless of your mode of play. this is why you need to disable EAC to be able to use memory scanning/trainers.
