Something I just realized:
Unlimited Winds of Magic does not reliably work with Bretonia and the Woodelve factions. Seems like they use other values for their Magicka. The Magicka-Meter shows that it's full, though. It just isn't.

I also noticed this with Chaos faction. The Meter keeps rising but the skills keep telling me that I don't have enough magic. This never happened to me when I played with the Vampire faction.

All trainer options work except for Chaos population surplus. I've done all the usual stuff and disabled all mods just in case. Started new campaigns for both Chaos and Beastmen to confirm. Anyone else having this issue? Also i've attempted to find the value to edit it myself in both CoSMOS and cosmos. Usually i can figure this out but on this one i'm coming up empty.
