I have also noticed that any trainer when you move it from the main screen to a second one some buttons can't be used such as the minimize button, close button or the customize key and value button.
Isn't really a big problem but it happens.
The tabs are working in any screen.

The last patch changed a lot of the game's code so the trainer had to be adjusted to that.
Have you tried to play a game without the mod? Does the game still crash when you use the trainer?
I disbaled the mod, then played for 30 mins no probelm
Enabled the mod. then played for 30mins, no problem
When use trailer,maybe just 2 or 3 turns and it crashes.
Hopefully this will be fixed on the update of the trailer.
the skill point option does work, at least for me, but only when i changed the default amount of skill points from 99 to a lower number. The level option still doesnt work even with the number changed from 99 to lower though.
