every time I click on selection I get embed.wistia.com/deliveries/2869e58a689913f8a90a6783f2af42cba0c43ed6/file.mp4
When I cancel it I get more unknown mp4 files that want to load. once I cancel all the mp4 file loading requests everything is ok until I select another item.
any suggestions as to stop this problem? Thanks

What browser are you using? By load do you mean a prompt to download the video?

What you're likely seeing is that the browser you are using is not compatible with the embedded format (uses JavaScript initialization then an embeded video element from HTML5) and is falling back to a download method.

The video uses H264 and AAC format which are visual and audio stream formats respectively and are harmless to your computer.

Wistia is the platform used to embed the videos. It is akin to YouTube embedded videos.
