01: NUMPAD 1 = INFINITE PLANET HEALTH

02: NUMPAD 2 = INFINITE FUEL

03: NUMPAD 3 = ADD MONEY

04: NUMPAD 4 = RESET TIMER

05: NUMPAD 5 = ADD PROBES

06: NUMPAD 6 = ADD MINEBOMBS

07: NUMPAD 7 = ADD TURRELS

Option 01: This option will give your main planet infinite health
while this option is turned on.

Option 02: This option will give your spaceship infinite fuel
while this option is turned on.

Option 03: This option will give you a nice amount of money each
time that you press on this key.

Option 04: This option will reset the timer back to 120 each time that
you press on this key.

Option 05: This option will give you a nice amount of probes each
time that you press on this key.

Option 06: This option will give you a nice amount of minebombs each
time that you press on this key.

Option 07: This option will give you a nice amount of turrels each
time that you press on this key.

Hello, I am a drifter and wandered in here, baited by the "Ask a question " tag.
I use a smart phone in an area of minimal signal. I have an eMachine loaded with CivII, my entertainment.
My question is, are there 'sandboxes' that one can explore without an internet connection, preferably on CDROM, that one can buy?
I retired in 2009 and most things have passed me by.
