i looked at the thread you mentioned, and it could be something like that.
but that thread does not offer a solution either.
only 0x90 who offered to teamviewer the issue.

is the temp file CH_Temp.tmp or ~mnn133.tmp? Have you tried making exclusions for the temp file as well?

havent tried making exclusions for those 2, but the files arent even showing for a split second in the temp folder. i can try exclude them tho.

    edit

excluded the entire temp folder to try it out- didnt work.

It's usually in AppData\Local\Temp\CH_Temp.tmp for example. That solved the same problem for me with Borderlands Pre Sequel.

    No other ideas beyond that.

    excluded the folder.
only CH2.dll is being added to the folder, when i launch the trainer.

Edit- it solved the issue for the Borderlands 2 Editor.

    but NOT exanima.

    edit 2;

thanks to the idiotic nature of bitdefender, it removes the exclusion, the second the file disappears. (invalid path, as the file is gone)

i dont remember how many hours ive spent on this.
but ive managed to fix it..

when i uninstalled bitdefender, it had some weird leftovers.
i used the iobit uninstaller to completely remove bitdefender, and the trainer works perfectly now.

lesson of the day; bitdefender is so stronk that even its leftovers will break your stuff..

in the end, bitmolester was the cause.. -.-

Congrats for finding it. That's gotta feel pretty good after all the effort you put into it.

Now go train some games and enjoy it.

I would completely uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. Give windows temp folder full permissions. Right click run as admin on trainer.

If that works, then systematically go back and start reinstalling security software.
