Yup, can confirm 1.0.3 works just fine with current trainer.

On a separate note, has anyone found out which cheats affect the AI as well as the player? I know through testing the Instant_Build cheat applies to the AI but does others such as Research_Technologies etc. also work for them?

Research_Technologies I know does not affect the AI. Easy way to test is to load a save where you have met another race, use the command, and then view their status on their communication/status page. For me their technology is still "Pathetic" after using the command.

It looks like the trainer is also working for the V1.1.0 patch just pushed. (only tested options #1 and #2 in a current game).

Trait points/perks don't work when editing a race. Ethics does.
