Reset all of your Windows file associations to defaults or delete and reinstall Windows.

    Doesn't Win 10 have a reset feature like Win 8.0 and 8.1?

    try this: Reset your PC

Resetting lets you choose whether to keep your files or remove them, and then reinstalls Windows. To get started, go to Settings > Update & security > Reset this PC > Get started and choose an option. Or try this link it that fails windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/windows-10-recovery-options

    Hope this helps
