Dark Souls III Discussion
Saves are shareable, as people are getting around their (possible) softbans by doing the same thing they did in Dark Souls 2: Family sharing the account their game is on and transferring savegames over.
But just today, received this message on logging in: -
[CAUTION] INVALID GAME DATA HAS BEEN DETECTED
Invalid game data has been detected on your account. The use of invalid data during gameplay is a violation of the online service end user license agreement. You will be penalized if you continue playing with invalid data. Please take this opportunity to remove the invalid data from your system/account and discontinue further use.
Is this related to Trainer (or triggered by its use)? Relaunching game with trainer not launched also gets the message. Unplugging third party controllers (x-box controller/gamepad) also the same thing.
Any one else experiencing this?
edit: re-installing game also has the same message present. removing saved game also has the same result.
p.s.: is it steam account-linked? is it even the trainer?

Can i still use this cheat with the game? I dont want to be banned ..
Sadly, if you don't want to be banned from the game, you must do the following; Play offline, and ONLY and i mean ONLY use, inf health, magic and stamina, anything else will give you invalid game data, and flag your account for "possible" banning.
