Yeah I just restarted the game after the stuttering issue I was having. Seemed to fix the problem. It looks like when I change the graphics settings in game it loads the new settings but something is off because it will stutter. Restart after changing the settings and all is well.

He is probably sleeping. Seriously the tick tock posts are ridiculous considering the game just came out. Give them a day, at least... So impatient.
