dont know where else to post. Were the makers of this trainer not able to make a mod for "all items" for the given level?
Caliber addressed this around Spring last year in this very thread:
The developers completely ripped out the code that was in the game that allowed us to spawn that stuff, while simultaneously adding code to detect cheats.
Unlimited Ammo (Num 2) does not work for me, (ammo count reduces as pistol is fired and reloaded until I am at 0 ammo). I am unable to de-activate 'Invisible' (Num 4) once I have activated it;, I am invisible even when starting a new mission with the cheat 'de-activated'.
Unlimited Health (Num 1) and No Reload (Num 3) activate and de-activate as normal.
Running game 1.10.0 with trainer 1.10.0.
This trainer is working 100%
Run the game from steam.
Launcher opens up.
In launcher, click OPTIONS.
For Graphics API, select Direc3D 11
Click Save.
Click Play.
Trainer works.
We will remove DirectX 12 comparability from our trainer page shortly. Apparently they are making the DirectX 12 version so different that our trainer would need major work to work for both, and this game is on perpetual update.

I'm going to agree with Caliber here. I have Direc3D 11 selected in the options, and "Invisible" is still kind of wonky - it does work, but doesn't seem to turn off, which breaks the Opportunities in the missions that are needed to capitalize on missions. A fix would be really great.
