A few of my trainers from here have the words "Self Updating" when they are running.

So does this mean I don't have to manually update every trainer I have or they will just do it by themselves when you run them?

It means they are designed to work through many patches. Instead of a fix injection location they will scan the game's memory on activation for the spots. In a non-technical and very simply way you can say self updating means "For this game version and any game version in the future" (unless a major patch changes the games code significantly).
