first you should try and defeat his hench-men. They will only serve to hurt you as you attack Dock Ock otherwise. Remember to watch out for, and to dodge or run away from, Doc's attacks( He will continue to chase you round the room!). Once you have defeated the goons, then you can tackle Doc Ock himself.

This is reasonable simple, if you know how, and have good reflexes.

Get reasonable close to the doc. When your SPIDER-SENSE tingles, press DODGE, rapidly followed by WEB. This will web up ONE of Doc's tentacles. You MUST do this EIGHT times(Once for each tentacle). Once all his tentacles are webbed up, you can get close enough to fight him. BEWARE, the tentacles break free after a short while. When this happens, you need to retreat to a safe distance and start the whole process of webbing the tentacles again.
