hi , first of all im not sure if im posting in the correct place for my problem , but oh well ..

i have downloaded Borderlands-PS trainer and started it , my antivirus was on and it blocked the .tpm file from being installed on my computer , i tried one more time after disabling my AV but did not help so i restarted and disabled AV and disabled SmartScreen still did not help but somehow i made it worse than before

after disabling everything on my pc i double clicked the trainer and it asked me to chose a program to start with , so i browsed the trainer and double clicked it and it gave me a message , invalid this user has been banned !!, my other trainers work fine without any issue but this one is not starting , any help !!

oh yes im on windows 10 64 bit

The tmp file is part of the trainer and safe. You need to add an exception ot your AV. If you are using BitDefender you might need to uninstall BitDefender as its known to ignore your actions and the realtime protection is still active and blocks the file no matter of exception or disabled AV.

After you put an exception to it, right click on the trainer and select run as administrator. Make sure its not blocked by any firewall.
