Hi,
I wanted to upgrade my account to premium and pay with PayPal for year subscription. Whenever select this method:

It will load for a long time like this:

And lastly give me this error:

Can someone help?

Nevbermind, I got it. Just had to use another Browser, didn't work with Google Chrome as it seems.
