So, from what I saw, not tested yet, but will, the weight mod has to go in the patch1/bundles folder. It looks like the game has been updated since the mod release and so it had to change a little bit. I will confirm that it works later. So, try at your own risk for now.

so i got the GOTY edition and there is no patch folders at all in content folder there are 13 content0 to content12 folders and thats that how can i make this work ?

I also have the GOTY edition and in 0 patch folder there is no bundle folder to install to.
