I'd love to see an option on the site to agree to this forever.

"I understand that this file has been personalized for me and is encrypted with unique information. I agree not to share or distribute this file and understand that my membership will be revoked without refund by doing so."

Why do I need to agree to that each time I download a trainer? Not a huge deal, just something that I think about... well every time I download a trainer.

In a way they need to tell you. Its like when you set up a Direct Debt in the UK. The companies actually need to tell you that you are covered by the Direct Debt Garentee.

I understand the "why" part of it, I really do.

Couldn't it just "check here to agree for all of eternity" and next time it reads "hey you agree for all of eternity." no need to click a check box for it.

Because we have people that agree once to pay for an AUTO-RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION, clicking that they understand that the subscription will AUTO-RECUR unless manually canceled, only to come back 10 months later wondering why we have been taking money out of their account the past 9 months and declaring that they never agreed to pay for more than one month, etc, etc.

It's one click per download. It's not the end of the world.

With that, I concede the point.

Again, it never was a huge deal to me just a minor inconvenience.

I figured instead of complaining internally, I'd ask. 🙂
