Yes. But as I said above, I'm not interested in email updates on every game I have in the Tracker. That is why I liked the collection. It gave me quick access to the games I own that I want to check without all of the email blasts. Maybe an option to turn off email notifications would work.
you can turn off your email notifications by going to account settings (Link) and selecting the Email Notifications section of the menu

Yes, tracked titles has always had a checkbox where you can turn off the notifications. It's at the top of the tracked titles page as well as in the notification settings of your profile.
