Now before you ask, I tried every single troubleshooting solution and it still is not working. So, how can I fix this? I've tried other trainers but with the same issue.

Please disable/uninstall all antivirus, firewall and other security software including browser addons and extensions. Right click "Run as Administrator" on trainer and game. Plug your PC directly into the internet, bypassing all network routers and firewalls. If you have been using VPN software such as Spotflux, a complete windows reinstall might be necessary as some of these products mess up Windows firewall registry settings which cause the trainers to be blocked.

I have tried each of those multiple times. Nothing is fixing the problem.

Something is blocking it. You will have to figure out what it is an disable it.

Yeahhhh. I don't even have the slightest clue as to what could be causing this. I tried on my laptop even and it's still the same problem. I read that once you download a trainer, no refunds are available. I honestly have no clue why it's like this. Can I request a refund or are there no exceptions to the rule? I understand if not.

Actually this might be an issue with the new site. Let me investigate further.

We have moved your account to a new ID. Please re-login and re-download the trainers and see if it works now. Be sure and delete the old trainers.
