We currently don't have any Sid Meier´s Alpha Centauri trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

Perhaps I am not observant enough, however I didn't know about this site change until today when it had already happened. As it turns out, I felt like playing Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri and went looking (as I do) for the trainer ... I remember there was one, I used it previously (but since deleted it).
I completely understand the need to stop supporting old titles that aren't being updated, however if sites like Good Old Games (gog.com) teach us anything - it's that there is still a hankering for the old games.
So my question to the gods of Cheat Happens is this: is there no way to have the old (last released) trainer available on the game page with a big "support for this game has now retired" at the top of the page? Since the games aren't being updated either, the trainer is likely still good.
I like to play Alpha Centauri non-seriously, so the trainer is part of my play style. I regret that I didn't think to look before the site change, however this is just an example of the larger picture.
Thank you for your time.

Playing the game (sans trainer) got me thinking that I might have been wrong about a trainer existing ... sorry about that.

We never made a trainer for that game and it is not retired. You can request a trainer from the game page.

Thank you for the reply. I should have read and thought more carefully before posting originally. I see now that what I was asking for (in the general request I made) already happens. My faulty memory is to blame for my error regarding a SM:AC trainer.
Thank you for the excellent work you do on this site.
