Invalid Trainer User on Feedback, Complaints or Problems Message Board - Page 1

Something is wrong. I downloaded a copy of State of Decay. When I ran it,it gave me the 'Invalid Trainer User'. To test the problem, I tried to run a trainer that I ran dozens of times, Saboteur. The trainer gave me the big red message that said 'the trainer failed an authenticity check. Please download a legitimate copy'. All of my trainers should be authentic. I bought a lifetime membership a year and a half ago. What is going on? To test it, I downloaded a copy of the trainer for Saboteur again, and got the same red message. Are others having trouble? Have you changed something on your site? If not, then the problem is probably at my end, but I can't figure out what it could be. Am I the only one having this problem?

I didn't have an issue with either trainer. I'd recommend contacting support and politely inquiring to see what might be going on.

Pwiz and the guys are great and should be able to get you squared away.

Just tried "State of Decay" with latest trainer, good news! everything work as expected

Please disable/uninstall all antivirus, firewall and other security software including browser addons and extensions. Right click "Run as Administrator" on trainer and game. Plug your PC directly into the internet, bypassing all network routers and firewalls. If you have been using VPN software such as Spotflux, a complete windows reinstall might be necessary as some of these products mess up Windows firewall registry settings which cause the trainers to be blocked.
