Is setting up weather vanes for tinker tom in the railroad a continuous or is there an actual point to it? I only joined the railroad to learn the battle weave mod.

You have to do like 9 of them or something, Then I believe it ends.

Got it thanks, but I'm still working on what quest I need to do to learn the battle weave mod, the video says to do a quest for PAM the robot and then go see Tinker Tom in the Railroad HQ which I've done for her/it whatever, but when I go to Tinker Tom I get no new dialogue options to choose from.
