How do you get and find power cables? I made a water purafier and generator but I can't find a cable to power them up. can anyone help. also I am at the drive in and I need to power up the signal tower and I have the same problem.

You need copper for the lines, then you just click on one of the power items (generator or pylon or other). It should give you a cable that you connect by pointing at the next power item.

Highlight the Purifier, there should be a command to link power cable. Space key if I am not mistaken. Then you have to bring the cable to your generator.

On the controller you have to hold down 'Y' until the generator highlights. Then you have to pull the cable to the pylon or device and hit 'Y' once. The cable connects to the inlets/outlets automatically and turns red if the distance is to large.
