There is a skill in the game that requires you to purchase a Signature weapon.

Using the "Unlock Weapons" feature will both unlock and automatically purchase all weapons including the signature weapons.

Also when using that feature it prevented me from buying certain items like health packs and more armor.

I recommend not using this option.
