I would like to cancel my membership and ask for a refund. The first trainer I launched (Thea: The Awakening), was blocked by Malwarebytes for Trojan.Injector.MSIL. I am not seeing any reference to this specific Trojan anywhere on your site.

Sorry, there are no refunds after personalized trainers have been downloaded per our TOS which you agreed to when signing up.
There are no viruses in our trainers, only false positives from over-zealous, sub-par antivirus products.
You can contact Malwarebytes directly to have the false positive removed from their definition database. The file itself is clean.
