I agree with the previous post. The game has some major anti-cheat mechanisms so to get things to work this is how I managed things:
1: Start trainer but don't activate
2: Start game and continue from where it left off
3: Once in game press Esc to pause game
4: ALT-TAB out to desktop, press F1 and trainer activates
5: Press all options except 2
6: Go back into game
7: Press num 4 and 5 to get XP and Skill
8: Switch player (Evie to Jacob etc)
9: Skills appear and level up as necessary
10: Go enjoy game
If you ever need to fast travel, use the CTRL-H option to disable all trainer options, Fast Travel then once back in game press CTRL-H again to reactivate options.
I'm now at level 10 with most Skills and perks, gang upgrades etc and still only 35% completion.
I think the CTRL-H option is the best to prevent the crashes, from what I've been able to achieve, and I've been playing 9 hours with no crashes today so thank CH!
Hope this is of use to anyone, just go enjoy game now
Seems a bit complicated. I think i will wait a week or so til CH works the bugs out. They never fail to deliver.
Cal beat most anti-cheat scanners out when developing the trainer but sometime, this game crashes but it don't happen frequently.
You can play game with trainer, but you need to load the game first so for me, I only had one game crash once.
i did the same thing, i did activate my trainer in meny screen and it did crash, but after i did start ingame i never crash, i also do fast travel without crash, now i only use ammo and no reload since i have maxed out the rest, i dont use health and i cant fast travel if i have stealth active.

so I've been testing that CTRL-H on fast travel, with nothing on, which means, life, invisible etc is off, I use the options when I need to. And as Cal say, only use option 2 when in need of it - the game acts wierd when on.
since I played around with CTRL-H I have not had a crash. Been playing most afternoon today, with no hitches.

Delete and re-download trainer. right click run as admin on trainer. give windows temp folder full permissions.
As Pwiz just said this will solve the trainer crashing or not activating at all when pressing F1 or trainer options not working. This also solved a problem for me where the skill points weren't being added, restarted game re downloaded trainer and all the skill points were added. The anti-cheat is strong with this one.
Also i know It's probably impossible but if anyone knows if there is a teleport to waypoint cheat anywhere out there please let me know. This London map is HUGE and I can't even use a basic speed hack in CoSMOS without the game crashing. Unlocking all the fast travel points in the game is tedious.
