When playing offline, the game tells you that progress made won't carry over to your online profile.
Does that mean any calling cards I unlock (which unlock by beating the levels in campaign) won't be able to be used as my calling card when I swap to online? That's the only way to get them.

Yes that's what it means, if you switch to online after playing offline in campaign the whole campaign restarts, same other way around if you play online then switch to offline you start over(however once started it's saved in the given mode so if you switch back to online and play some then back to offline you still got the progress you got in the offline mode)

Again, no idea if XP option will work online, or if you should even be USING it online.. we aren't telling people to use our trainer online at all..

HELP plz i can get the infinite life but can not get the unlimited ammo to work on the primary weapon it works on pistol but nothing else pl help.....
this was one of the options we put out first. nobody else is reporting this problem... did the game patch or something? anyone else?
