I'm also not having any luck with the max health option. The keys, bombs and coin options work however.

Edit: It seems on most characters that using option 5 (health) only works if you don't use invincibility (option 1). Even if you start with using option 5 soon as you enable 1 it takes the red hearts away. As the invincibility option only works with red hearts this prevents it from being useful with characters that don't start with red hearts. Thanks

please provide a savegame and your game exe where we can easily replicate the problem as we don't see it happening here.

I did some messing around and I think the issues lies with the unlimited HP making the hearts go back to what they previously were.

What I did was use Sampson(3HP), got a 1 heart deal with the devil now making it so I had 2 hearts. I turned OFF the unlimited HP, used super HP and now had 6 red HP. I turned the unlimited HP back on and reverted to 2 red hearts.

I only did this with Sampson but I will try other characters.

I do not have everything unlocked but will gladly give you my save file if I receive a send location.

well I am using your save file but apparently it wont let me us it on my machine.. i can't use sampson.

Sorry, i failed to mention that I was having these issues with just normal Isaac, or azazel.. or trying the daily run. I do not have samson unlocked.. i appologize
