I have seen on a few different gaming sites that I belong to this thing where you can sign in to steam and it imports the your game collection to your profile and also shares your steam id/profile for users to click and see. Is this something that we can get on this site? how much $$ would it cost to implement that? maybe we can get a button to support development / implementation of such a thing here?

I dont think Steam would allow that. They ban any links being sent in messages on their system and it looks like they barely tollerate the group we have on steam.

you could just link you profile in your signature.

costs nothing, steam won't delete anything and there is an api to get any information needed (eg what games does xyz have?). easy & simple
