All true but if they are anything like me, it's not the ranting that's most depressing. It's the constant repetition of the same issue over and over and over even though the answer has been given in an earlier post. Over and over and over. Sometimes on the same page. That might just make me slightly insane if I was a moderator required to read it all. Over and over and over...
