I have read your virus information and this is not covered. I use Vipre Internet Security 2015 and when I download a trainer and try opening it I get this and have no idea what if anything can be done to still use the trainer. cannot execute from WinRAR Diagnostics message. If I try to extract the trainer from the downloaded trainer files the trainer gets deleted by Vipre. I am not tech savvy, so what can you tell me to allow me to use the trainers without problems like these? I appreciate any and all assistance you can provide.

I am not familiar with Vipre but with most of them you can either "pause" the anitvirus to stop it from doing this or disable it temporarily to extract the file. Once you are done exclude the file/folder it is in and turn it back on.
