    1000 EXP is only useful when your character is below Level 20 or so.
    After that the amount of EXP required for each new level goes up considerably higher.
    You can press it once, pause the game and check out character info and look at the graph to gauge how much more EXP do you need.

    Let me give you guys an advice regarding the XP Option.

    If you set it to a very high amount, like 9 million, and you kill ONE enemy, you instantly go to lvl50. Works only with the primary character.
    PC: MSI MAG B550 || R7 5800X [PBO2 -25 / BO +200] || GPU: RTX3070 8GB || RAM: 4x8 @3200MHz CL16 || 1440p Dell IPS @165Hz
    Audio: MAONO AU-PM461TR || Anker Soundcore Q30 / Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro @250Ω || Tangzu Wu Zetian || Topping DX3 Pro Plus

    RIP Miura.

    If you want to play Survival Mode in the Infinite Castle then I don't suggest to change the EXP to an insane amount and instantly level up to 50.
    Because in the castle aside from your skills, leveling up is the only way to replenish the health. So that kind of takes out half the fun from that.

    I noticed something interesting regarding Option 5.
    It not only freezes the timer, it also freezes NPC movement.
    So option 5 is not only useful for timed missions like kill X soldiers in 1 minute but also for missions like prevent Enemy Boss from escaping/enter base or prevent Enemies from rendezvousing.
    Once you activate the cheat, NPC generals will basically wander around in more or less the same spot on the map while your character can hunt him down. NPC characters will stay in the same area of the map but they will continue to fight enemies in sight, so it is possible that fighting NPCs gradually move away from an area in pursuit.
    Note: the NPC freeze applies to your secondary character as well. So if you issue a command to your secondary character to hunt down the enemy general for you, your secondary character will also act like he is lost unless you switch characters.

    I was planning to post this as well. I know I came far too late to post it, 2 years later. I can confirm this as well. Only use the timer freeze if you are dangerously close to the remaining of 10 secs.

    Also this option can preventing to complete the objectives (mainly bonus objectives) because some objective have conditions such as specific npc will show up but it preventing the objective for specific npc to activate.
