FIFA 16 Discussion
Could you give a step by step breakdown of how to do this. I have never attempted something like this before and some, if not all, of the lingo is lost on me.

So, I did exactly what nailix did.
I downloaded the CG File Explorer. Which gave me access to the \dlc\dlc_FootballCompEng\dlc\FootballCompEng\data\training_result_converter.ini file, and ONLY modified the properties, that he mentioned in his post, precisely how he stated.
I also downloaded FHL-BH-Editor from the link he submitted.
After I downloaded that, I created the data folder (like he stated), and copied the file he linked into that folder. (I did have to rename it, because the file name ended up being training_result_converter.ini.ini.
I then regenerated it.
Understand, it might seem complicated at first, as I've not done this myself, before reading his. But it comes to you as you do it. Let me know if you have any other questions!

What you need to understand about those big/bh files is that a .big file is just an archive (like a Zip) from EA, basically all the game files are stored in big files.
BH-Files on the other hand can be used to tell the game that specific files in the .big should not be loaded from there, but from the Games Main Dictionary.
You don't need to edit the file in the CG-File Explorer, you need to "extract" it from the BIG-File.
In this case we would copy the contents of the training_result_converter.ini file, and create that file with and in the associated subdirectories (\dlc\dlc_FootballCompEng\dlc\FootballCompEng\data\).
When you regenerate data_ini.bh (FIFA BHL-Regenerator) now, the Game will start to look for the training_result_converter.ini in \dlc\dlc_FootballCompEng\dlc\FootballCompEng\data\ and not in the data_ini.big file.
You can now edit the values in the \dlc\dlc_FootballCompEng\dlc\FootballCompEng\data\training_result_converter.ini file and the game will accept the changes.
I just added the downloadable .ini File so that you guys don't have to "extract" the file from the .big. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding.
