Not sure if this is the right place for this.
As someone who is building up the courage to upgrade to a premium account i just wanted to fully understand a couple of things, first being the premium trainers compatibility with windows 8.1 as i have noticed the free ones do not download properly and cant be used.
secondly is the lifetime membership option a one time payment? or will i have to renew after a certain amount of time.

If trainers are not downloading them something on your system is blocking them. Disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software including browser addons and extensions. Disable SmartScreen filter. All trainers marked as Win 8 compatible will run fine on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.
Lifetime payment is ONE TIME.

Thank you very much for the fast response i will try disabling smartscreen filter and will be upgrading in a couple of days.
much appreciated on the response i can imagine you guys most get a lot of these questions on here.
