Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain Message Board  

Well I have given up this game as I am confused as hell. Because Chapter two is a mess of Repeat missions and what I think is some! story missions but. After doing a the Truth mission nothing else is poping up and am not in the mood to do side missions. I have sped time up but nothing new comes up.

Shame this game started great for me now its really not worth my time.

Also hearing chapter 3 was ripped out of the game to has just tipped the scales to. Sorry but this just killed the MGS Series for me.......

There's no more story content after Episode 46 anyways. And I'd say Konami themselves killed MGS V; I'm sure Kojima Productions could've made Chapters 2 and 3 much more fulfilling, if given the time and budget to do so.

I 100% agree!! What the hell happened to the story? It seems like it shouldn't have ended on Chapter 2. It seriously needs a chapter 3. Thanks for ing it up, Konami!!

Well this looks to not bode well for my 1st every Metal Gear game. This is the first I have had and I am hoping for something decent.

I have it loaded and ready but am just waiting on the guru's at WSGF to get the resolution issues fixed. There is no reason in 2015 for a game not to scale across multiple monitors.

Sadly Kojima Productions got disbanded. Heck I didnt even seen an end in Chapter 2... Konami killed it but Kojima could have at least saved it. But hey. We move on. *feels very sad*

Kojima had stop caring after MGS2. He didn't even want a sequel to MGS. Konami wanted it because they saw the money in it. It should have been crystal clear at how little he cared for the storyline in MGS4 (Snake was old for a reason. Didn't stop Konami though).

I thought he just didn't wanna keep doing solid snake. That's why he made him old in MGS 4. He preferred Big Boss' Story and character better. Something about being more relate-able, he made his own way, but Solid on the other hand was born and bred a soldier.

MGS 3 was very good. And if Kojima stop caring why so many "Kojima" in the game?
