They have implemented a TOS agreement, in it they forbid the use of cheats and/or any method to give yourself an unfair advantage. This means they are making it so that if you cheat and if you connect online then they can ban you now.

I do not know what happens if you already cheated BEFORE the agreement was put into place. So, As always cheat on your own risk - Since this game connects very closely from single player to online, this is indeed an online game cheat as far as they are concerned.

I think if you don't accept the the Terms and Conditions when loading for the first time, you'll be okay since it starts immediately in offline mode.

I do wonder if the FOB issues can be sidestepped if you are offline through this method rather than disconnecting through the menu AFTER you've connected.

Has anyone with the FOB invasion issues declined the Terms?

This is literally in every single TOS ever. Until they implement even a rudimentary anti-cheat, it means nothing. I don't think they even have a way to block people from playing online...

and probably won't until MGO. Which, at that point, everyone will be unstoppable and be relying on rocket launchers etc, not to mention detection-proof aimbots & wallhacks make their appearance.

I'm lucky enough not to give a damn about multiplayer in this game. I'd much rather play this singleplayer and be able to do what I want.
It's pretty much the developer/publishers fault for forcing players singleplayer statistics into multiplayer if that's the case.

I dont even know how to use the MP in this game lol

Multiplayer for PC won't be available before January next year.
