Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I purchased this trainer some time ago. Lately I wanted to play the game again and was surprised to see that the trainer no longer works. After many times trying I noticed the "authenticating trainer" text at the bottom. The window just closes after a while.

I followed the steps listed and remove internet explorer 10/11. It still does not load. This is very frustrating for a paying customer. I am not encouraged to purchase more trainers...
Please fix asap.

Ok i was able to get it working. You have to uninstall ie 11 and then 10 after as well. Anyway that's fine as i don't use ie but it leaves me with two problems:

1. What if i upgrade to windows 10? I was planning to eventually.

2. You have to be a lifetime member to get an offline key? It's your business but i don't appreciate that business model. It's kinda like having to pay twice for something you already purchased.

Update your legally purchased game to the latest version and download the latest trainer which is compatible with windows 10. Yearly and lifetime members can download an offline key. You didn't purchase a product, only a membership which allowed you access to certain products. If you want the new version of those products then you will need a current subscription. Just because you bought Windows 95 15 years ago doesn't entitle you to Windows 10 for free.
