I am having the same problem trainers can't authenticate even with trainers apparently windows 10 capable, eg Witcher 3. turned off all antivirus and firewalls, run as administrator, re-downloaded trainers, nothing works......

Same problem. Some trainers will work, (thank god) but for others I'm getting a "Could not create HELP.txt" error. It's gotta be an authentication error but I've uninstalled my antivirus (twice), did a complete system restore to the earliest restore point I have (twice), and always run as administrator.

Frankly, I'm at my wits end.

Quick question, though--what IS the HELP.txt file? Because the the actual instructions .txt file downloads and opens just fine.

having done a little digging windows 10 has IE 11(which in prior versions we had to remove and downgrade to a lower version of IE(I had not problems with that since I use Mozilla) I found a way to remove IE 11 from windows 10 but that does not downgrade it, it is just gone...(a win10 compatible trainer that does work for me says cannot find Iexplore.exe if I click on the cheathappens.com banner that opens the webpage) so I am not sure why the trainer that says win 10 would work if it had a problematic version of IE. it should have crashed like the other trainers that are not officially win 10 compatible... that said. I have multiple trainers that do not work, and some that do not have win10 compatibility listed and still have a green indicator that it is still an active game that may be updated. just thought somebody should look into why a win10 compatible trainer works with ie11 installed, while other versions of windows do not work with ie11. may give a clue as to how to fix the trainers in general, and since win 10 does not have a downgrade to lesser IE as an option and just removes it completely. prior read info in this area about the authentication process requiring a lesser IE is obviously an oversite. since it does still work with an incompatible IE...

I highly doubt that IE is the issue here.
I have tried removing Edge, and installing IE (multiple versions) without ANY luck.

The trainers don't seem to want to authenticate.
I have also tried this on a different computer with Windows 10 (freshly installed) with no luck.

So, either it's something with Windows 10, or it might possibly be language related? i don't know.

I'm going to try to change my language settings from Norwegian to English to test this out. I'll let you know.

Yep, changed from Norwegian to English, and still don't work..

Have you tried running the trainers in "compatibility mode" from the properties menu?
Couldn't tell you if that will help or not since I have Win 10 and haven't had any trainer issues.

    Ignorance can be fixed.

Similar issues here, the same trainers which ran awesome on Win 7 don't do anything on Win 10, all I get is a small box pop up reading 'Customized for:... and my name ' followed by nothing.

Yes I have tried everything. I feel that this premium membership was waste of money.
