so i just reinstalled my computer to win 10 and now i cant get my offline key so if some admin could reset it for me that would be great

You need to generate a new offline key for your system.

Download the offline key request tool and create a new one unless you have reached the limit of 5 offline keys. Than you have to contact chris@cheathappens.com about it.

so what do i need to use to contact chris@cheathappens.com? i have my email and cheathappens account but never tried to contact anyone sorry for any stupidness.
