i am trying to do one of the sidequests (The Perfect Crime) and found and identified the first victim but second victime doesn't show on the map. how do i reveal what is on the map?

You need to progress in the game I think and do other side stuff and it should tell you next time you select that mission, I just went on and it told me it's location

Yeah those you need to find by the music it plays. Along with progression. But also listen out to the chatter to. Some of the goons see them. So it kinda helps with locating them.
