the trainer 2.1 not working in windows 7

knowing that i have other trainers which work like a charm from other games and the 2.6 works too but the version i have is 2.1

so can you help me about this

It is not possible. IE11 changes key DLL files that are required by IE11 but cause regression issues with trainers. You will have to choose one or the other.
