Hello
I have noticed a sync issue with patch 1.07 (GOG)for PC and I dont know how to fix it. The problem is that when Geralt speaks the movement of his lips is not synchronised with the sound of his voice,m which is bloody annoying. Is there anything I can try to solve this?
Thanks

Just curious, what are the specs of your rig?
I don't have the problem but it's a much-discussed issue for sure. All kinds of tweaks are discussed including:
1. Turn off Hairworks 2. Try VSync off and on 3. Match your desktop resolution to your game resolution and run the game in Full screen 4. Set Max Frames Per Second to 60 instead of Unlimited 5. Try lowering Water, grass, and texture quality to medium or even low if needed. 6. Reduce Foliage Visibility range
Here's a 4 page discussion or people having various results from tweaks, maybe something will be of benefit for you:

It's just slang a lot of us use meaning your PC.
Do you know what your CPU and Video Card models are? If you're not sure, they are listed in the Device Manager which you can find in the Control Panel.
CPU is listed under Processors. The video card (GPU) is listed under Display Adapters.
Keep your Fighting clean and your Sex dirty.

No ServiusTheBear, this is the first time I have encountered this problem. Maybe, provided is possible, I should unistall the game, install it again (with GOG) and patch it with patch 1.05. What do you think guys ?

It could be the GPU. Just looked a the spec's and min on the gpu is a GTX 660. I say tweek your game options first before doing an uninstall. See if you can get it working that way first.
But even with that the card you have certainly has some umph so it should handle it to a point that is. So tweek around with the settings first.
