I've just started playing the game this afternoon.
I only plan to play the campaigns and maybe some solo skirmish.
I am missions into the Chimera campaign and here are my observations of the trainer.
Option 1/2. Works very well, engages instantly, dramatic changes. Now I am only three missions deep in the campaign and the enemies only appears to arrive in scripted waves I am not sure how unlimited resources affect the enemy. But so far I have not seen the enemy sending an unstoppable horde.
Option 3. Works instantly too. But not very useful to me if I just want to go through the story.
Option 4/5/6. All kind of finicky, because the double click also selects the entire squad. It works quite well when you have ONE single unit of the type. Such as at the beginning of the Hague rescue mission when you only get 1 APC. I activated 5 and I am sure that particular APC is in God mode, because it mowed down everyone at the Hague by itself. Of course I had to wait for my infantry squad to catch up to secure the objective. However, once I am given more APCs, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. And I only know by seeing which ones get blown up by charging them toward the enemy. I have seen one instance where option 5 benefits the enemy, when rescuing the judge I encountered one enemy infantry unit that simply refused to die despite being surrounded by MG and sniper fire. I had to end its life by using Option 6 and him and he died from a single sniper shot afterwards.
Now I have never seem to determine whether Option 4 works at all.
Options 7 and 8. Also works instantly, especially instant units. I also encountered the problem that a fellow member described earlier. Activating both at the same time will cause upgrades and units to sit in queue forever. So to get instant upgrades I need to turn off instant build.
Anyway, thanks to the CH team for delivering an option loaded trainer. I understand this is EUGEN we are talking about so they do strange things with the code. But does anyone have a suggestion about dealing with the health options? I mean the doubleclick selects all units of the same type. Perhaps I should disable it in the controls??
no need for the double click any longer
best,
Cal
