where about is it what is close to the shrine of talos i now it is close to winterhold but not sure where abouts was walking around looking found other place except the shrine

The shrine is inside whiterun. go north in whiterun until you come to the stairs that lead to dragonsreach(the castle in whiterun whiterun where the yarl lives). The shine will be just right(east) of the first flight of stairs. You will hear a man(heimskr) preaching loudly about talos, he is standing directly in front of the shrine.

i found that one i was looking for the one for the jarl of solitude quest she asked me to place the horn of her husband at the shrine

in the mountains semi nearby almost directly to the north. it is half hidden/buried by snow.

i can not remember but i think the quest icon for that one is bugged more often than not so you do kinda need googles help to get exact spot.

ok thanks will keep looking been wondering around looking for this site for awhile,found a couple of new things while wondering.

so i am at wheon stones is that the shrine for torygg horn to be placed? tried it did not work still hunting
