I cannot stop this mission.

I am in a dead kings expansion mission which is a single player version of the mission to steal money from an enemy monastery. The mission is the Holy High Rollers. I cannot figure out how to get out of the mission and move on. The mission is dificult and i keep failing it. How can you stop a mission and delete it?
