Everytime I close the game I have to open up the trainer and reapply my skills and perks because they delete themselves.

I'm getting the exact same problem.

its not a problem.. the developers did this to stop cheaters

But i dont play online and never have so i'm not allowed to cheat offline seems screwy.

I noticed that too with the trainer on the skills perks not as fun as it use to be but still fun I have not played payday2 in awhile till the other day and seen that I could not use the trainer and still no updates but I am sure that Caliber will get us fixed up some day and figure out how to beat the -d-e-v. at there on game

its been like this for a VERY long time. the TLDR is game has a check to make sure your level/max amount of points match point spent. what i do to get around is buy 3 profiles

1 i set as pure stealth based on a google build, 2nd pure heavy/loud and the 3rd i load up when i want to cheat and activate trainer/buy all perks. once i am done i swap back to perk deck 1 or 2 and close game/trainer. when i next load nothing changes on my legit perks and i can just reload trianer to get other perks. i admit its annoying but meh better than nothing.
